the front desk staff was very very kind and welcoming. have nothing but great things to say about all the staff i encountered.
the shower was so gross and slimy to the touch that i couldn’t even use it. i tried to stand on the towel to be less grossed out but there was no way, there were hairs on the walls. on top of that, the handle to our room ripped off right away. i told the staff and they said “okay i’ll put in a work order.” but like… we couldn’t get into the bathroom without squeezing the little handle-less knob.

It’s clean, breakfast is provided, extra blankets are provided if needed. Staff was friendly.
The same breakfast over and over, being attacked by mosquitoes at the hot tub, and the $50 non refundable pet fee that I learned about after check in.

This LaQuinta Galt Calif by Wyndham should be the standard bearer for ALL LaQuinta Hotels!! It is pristine!! The rooms well appointed,the bathrooms spacious and the showers mold and mildew free!
I've never stayed a LaQuinta Hotel this nice!! And the breakfast had good options.
I was satisfied.

Overpriced room. Small shower. Pet fees were overpriced. 1 night stay came out to be more expensive than it should have been (over $300).
