I booked for a very small group gathering. Two of us were spending the night. The queen suite was spacious and perfect for the four of us. It was clean and modern looking. I also asked for privacy and space from others as we were lounging/hanging out and didn’t want to be a bother for others. The front desk did a great job with my request. It felt like we were away from others meaning weren’t booked right next to others. I look forward to booking with them again. I appreciate them accommodation and good service.

This place was very accommodating. The staff was exceptionally great! From my check-in experience with the young man at the desk to the breakfast servers to the night deskman! You made my stay there one that is worth posting something about! I love the place and recommend it highly the place is a definite home a way from home. And I hope whoever stays here has the best of time and enjoyed it as much as we did! The only thing I can say that's been difficult with this place is getting refunded for the 250.00 deposit. Both times I have stayed there, I've had to pretty much argue and run back and forth for my return of my deposit money.

Property did not have our reservation, even though Agoda app stated Paid and Confirmed, emails confirming reservation, and the property speaking with Agoda. Despite documentation that our modified reservation was confirmed, Reception stated our date change was against policy, and marked as "No Show". Reception was at least professional and apologetic about the situation and helped find a place to eat. Still had to drive around town looking for an alternative hotel for hours. However, will be avoiding Sonesta ES and recommending others to not book through Agoda for Sonesta ES.
