Very clean bathroom need some update with the rooms. Can’t complain with the price and the free breakfast they offer.

My room had a private jacuzzi which was excellent.

The door to my room showed signs of having been broken into. Also the breakfast was eaten by construction workers and not replaced.

Convenient, clean, quiet,allowed our small dog.

Parking was easy to get

Most of the interior of the property was very dirty and appeared to be poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Edgar, was also very rude and unprofessional. The walls had visible dirt and stained marks, and the doors and door frames throughout the property were dirty. The elevators were not working during our stay, so we had to use the stairs. The carpet in the stairway was heavily stained, and we encountered two water roaches—one near the exit door leading toward the lobby and another between the stairways. We stayed in a family room, and as soon as we entered, there was a very strong musty odor. I had to open the window to air out the room. The bathroom door was particularly dirty, including the edges and door frame. The sofa couch was lumpy and appeared dirty, and the sofa chair had visible stains. The office chair also had a broken handle. The bedsheets and pillows did not appear clean either. Fortunately, I had brought some of my own bedding, which made the situation more manageable. Overall, our stay was just okay. I do believe the property has potential, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Hiring additional staff or bringing in new management may help improve the overall condition of the property and the experience for future guests.
