The staff were great, the pool area and hottub were amazing, and it was an excellent location.
The carpets need to be shampooed and there were other cleanliness or maintenance issues throughout, such as low water pressure.

I liked the location to Irvine spectrum all of the shops, stores and restaurants. That’s it.
The hallway smelled like cigarettes and carpet was stained. Very old and outdated. Outside of the property was unkept, lots of debris and trash. Muddy and dingy looking.

The room was clean.
We did not have a good experience during our stay. The pool was not functional, and we were informed at the reception that we couldn’t use it. Instead, they offered the option to use a pool at another branch located 19 minutes away, which was highly inconvenient. This information should have been communicated to us in advance, as the pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
Additionally, we were charged for parking even though it was on-site. This was unexpected and not clearly mentioned during the booking process.
Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication negatively impacted our stay.

The pool was clean
The lobby smelled good when going up stars it smell dirty and room service is not provided my five-year-old daughter spilled some chips on the floor. I went to the lobby and asked if the room to get vacuum and they said I would have to do it by myself the rooms get clean once a week.

We had the free breakfast tickets, but we're not able to use them. The first morning, we waited for someone but no one was manning the desk. The second morning we waited but no one acknowledged us so we left.

Room was clean and comfortable but carpeting was questionable throughout entire hotel. The staff was great and accommodating to anything we asked for.
Cleanliness on outside of hotel (overflowing trash bins) and scattered trash in parking area, dirty sidewalk areas. Does not seem to be very well maintained. Inside hotel common areas seemed fine except for flooring and especially the carpeting. Lots of stains and didn't appear clean at all. I think a really good carpet cleaning or actually replacement is warranted.

They charged my card different amounts without notifying me or getting approval to do so. The manager and front staff are very rude. The hotel is very dirty and has a bad smell.

The beds were thankfully clean and it was very quiet. Air conditioning worked well.
the lobby and hallway carpets are FILTHY. There were strange smells everywhere. A lot of people had trash sitting outside their doors. You also have to pay for parking $10. Per day and it’s just a plain, dirty, unsecured parking lot. The grounds were not well kept at all.

20 minutes from Laguna beach, and decent price compared to staying at Laguna beach itself. Has a pool and hot tub which were enjoyable at night time and even had colorful LED lights that made it more fun.
The room I got had stains on pillows and lampshades, like deep orange stains you can’t miss. You also have to pay $10 to park at the hotel, so it says on a sign they have at the front desk. I was charged $25 and when I asked if it was for the parking pass the receptionist said yes, even though the sign said $10. She at first just asked for my credit card and didn’t even let me know about any charges or what they were for, I was so confused. I guess I’ll never know where the extra $15 went.

Location was good. Close to entertainment, restaurants, and local attractions. Easy access to freeways.
Parking, shared spaces, and room were DIRTY. Two used condoms were on the pool deck. I discreetly let staff know and 6 hours later they were still there. No towels by the pool. Stains on sheets and towels. Carpets and bathroom were dirty. A/c was very loud. Lots of weirdos hanging around the property. One staff was responsible for serving breakfast and running the front desk simultaneously. Took 40 minutes to grab a premade meal and coffee.

The hallway smelled like someone had peed, there was only one functioning elevator and it took a long time to go up and down constantly having to wait. I booked a room with two beds and when we got to the property they gave us a room with one bed.

1 elevator is not working, the staff is not friendly. We requested the room that we love. She asked my Photo ID and check the previous stays . Told me she can’t find the previous stays with that hotel. What is the point of asking my previous stays and my requested room that we love?

Front desk couldn't find my reservation, even though I had confirmation from both third party AND the property and they charged me. The room wouldn't cool down because the AC unit didn't work. When I told them they said they'd send someone up....four hours later still not fixed or even looked at....finally a maintenance guy came...it cooled down for one minute literally one minute...then blew hot air out again. The maintenance guy said it was blowing out at 86° then ANOTHER maintenance guy came and tried to reset the unit ..didn't work. Then the front desk told me maybe I didn't know how to use the thermostat....I'm not new here, I definitely know how to use a thermostat. Finally after dealing w all this for five plus hours with two young kids w me, they finally got us into another room w a working unit.

I demand my money back I never been treated so poorly they accepted $200 cash they also charged over $900 for 2 nights when I have a genius booking level and reserved it for $95. I plan on making a legal complaint I feel I was scammed in to hundreds of dollars . I do have 3 witnesses who saw Nehal accept $200 in cash additional to deposit that has NOT been released . I feel that nehal and Bianca have targeted me unfairly simply because I stood up for how rude the hospitality is . I do plan on reporting this incident and scamming of $200 in cash which is illegal and recorded via Linda Alawi cell phone as well as your facility recording and done in front of the new girl being trained and nehal and Bianca . When I requested my deposit back Bianca refused to give me a receipt breakdown of the finances , refuses to give me her superior and completely denied I was ever even a guest when I have literal proof via booking and live witnesses and facilities cameras and guest personal cameras , I am being scammed and treated poorly for no known reason and for this I demand a call back with the breakdown of what I spent to stay in room #115 for 3 days and stolen from cash and denied access to superiors . I do plan an. Reporting this incident to the better business bureau as well as my other 2 other guest who also has their proof as well. I cannot understand why I am being discriminated against and stolen from against my will.

They charge a lot for “breakfast” and it’s just cereal, brown bananas, some breakfast sandwiches which one was half molded in the refrigerated display. They also woke us up at 930a’ on Saturday after we got in late, to clean carpets and AC unit, without prior notice. The halls smell like a mix of febreeze and weed, even though they’re a “non-smoking” hotel.

Price and Location.
Was told I could check in at 2:00p.m. if room was ready when I called the front desk prior too reserving the room. Upon arrival was told I had too pay 30 dollars if before 3:00p.m. When I did show up at 3, the front desk lady had me just standing there for 5 minutes while she talked too a freind. Kinda rude but other than that a decent experience.
