Easy check in, relaxing & quiet stay and most importantly felt safe. Had a question before I got to property and owner responded quickly! No issues. Overall good experience!

My five-year-old Labradoodle and I enjoyed our four day stay here. It was a great little Dog Park close by. Everything worked out well with the room. My sister joined us for two nights and the sofa bed worked out perfectly.

Our stay was amazing. There were no issues with the location or the room. It was a short notice trip with a family emergency and I was glad this part of it was uneventful.

This place was not clean. The rooms on the first floor seem to smell. The first floor is where all guests with dogs stay, so there's a lingering odor of dog smell in most of the rooms. After I checked in, I immediately had to change rooms to one that smelled a little less pungent. The room was very basic. There was no safe. The bathroom had fluorescent lights that that made it seem like a hospital bathroom that they cleaned down with a hose.Several times, the outdoor trash bins were completely full and overflowing with trash. There was nowhere good to walk my dog. The grass outside the building was dried out and often contained trash and poop left from dog owners who didn't clean after themselves. There was a dried out rat or opossum carcass on the grass along the road.And it's loud. This is RIGHT off the 5 Interstate and there are cars whizzing by all hours of the day. And Avenida de la Carlota was busy during the day.And there was one guest (?) who slept on the bench in front of the building and in the dining area immediately inside the building. He was a large guy and his shirt didn't quite cover up his stomach. It was unsightly.Overall, this place just felt dingy and stinky. On the inside and in the general vicinity of the building. I wish I had done better research on the place before booking.
