Probably have stayed here a dozen times and honestly this was the most disappointing.

The location was perfect. The staff are always very helpful.

The beds are very uncomfortable. We didn’t have any hand towels or wash cloths in the room. Just bath towels. It was too late in the evening to bother going to the office when we returned to the room. Also, the TV didn’t have local news channels.

Great Place for a quick stop over.

Great place for the price. Conveniently right near the freeway and close to just about anything you need. Room was good and well equipped. Bed was a little hard. Breakfast was above average and plenty to eat.

Got compensated for the bed, and one nights stay, I’m good with it.

Breakfast was nice as well as location.

My bed was badly uneven and should be thrown away. At 2am I spoke to male clerk who offered room change, but got there late, tired and next to street, so uncomfortable walking back and forth at that time in morning. The MALE CLERK had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and SHOWED CONCERN over the situation. He should be a Manager.

The appearance I guess.

The rooms smelled 157 years old. The carpet must of been 175 years old. Very dirty and needs replacement. Smelled very bad. Gave me a headache and everything I brought in smelled like the room when I left. This needs to be addressed asap. I didnt stay my second night. I couldn't take it.

perfect location and friendly place to stay 10/10

We have stayed here many times before and always find the staff very friendly and the rooms nice and clean. This time the breakfast had changed and for the better in my opinion. No more wasteful tickets to hand over and eggs and bacon now added which is great as before, I couldn't have much breakfast being Coeliac and nothing was Gluten free apart from the yogurts.

maybe a gluten free option for the cereal but I bring my own and also a dairy/lactose free milk option (being fussy now)

I appreciate that I had a place to stay for 6 weeks while waiting for my home to be available.

I liked the location since I was waiting to move to Laguna Woods Village. My room was quiet most of the time. I appreciated that there was a laundry room.

The sirens from the Fire Station across the street went off quite often. But that couldn't be helped.

Just location ....

I was very tired from the 11-hour flight, but I was told that I could check-in at 2:30, so I ate and came back, and checked-in at 3:30. There was no apology, no introduction to the hotel manual, and when I took out my luggage left by my husband, the staff laughed and responded to the sneering of the person next to me. "I was a male employee on the afternoon of December 24 and felt really bad. I don't want to visit again.

The bed was comfortable but thin blanket. I asked for a comforter and the man gave me a thin blanket. He refused to give me two. The heater in the room smelled bad when I turned it on. Just not good customer service. Will not return.

Never staying here again unless the place is burnt down and rebuilt.

Old, out of date, rundown, room was very tiny, no room to put luggage, bathroom didn’t even have a place to put your belongings to brush teeth or shave. Bed mattress needs to be burned, made noise at every movement, $160 price to stay, should’ve been $20. Highly not recommended, couldn’t wait to get out of this dump.

Pleasent surprise

Pleasantly surprised as I was expecting more moderate accommodations and was met with facilities of a higher quality. Plantation shutters a big plus with a large room and everything comfortable.
