I loved the stove AND oven! The full size refrigerator/freezer.
The A/C was very loud and the bed was worn in at the middle leaving you feeling trapped unable to crawl out of bed. Not great got the back either. The $300 deposit plus $12/day parking seemed unnecessary high but not a deal breaker. For a Marriott property the bed should be comfortable and up to typical property standards.

It was a very nice place to stay for the night. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will return soon.
I didn't like having to walk around the building to enter the breakfast area.

Utterly terrible hotel. Chose it for the decent location to Disneyland Park, but at $150, this hotel is hugely overpriced.
Door to bathroom did not shut, this is because the frame was warped due to previous leaks that were not apparent until we went to sleep.
Early in the morning, a leak started with loud dripping and onto a tiled floor making the bathroom extremely dangerous at night when using the toilet where the leak was occurring from the ceiling into the tiled floor in front of the toilet.
When I complained about the leak, I got no sympathy or kind chat. In fact I called 3 times with no answer. Then on the final try I got put on hold upon answering with no choice from the reception staff. Then they just said the engineer was on his way but not here yet.
The walls were so thin that I could here the AC fans outside next to my bed as they went on and off all night long (presumably for the room above, as we switched off the AC because ours was so noisy).
It sounded like the ceiling was going to collapse with people running up and down all night / morning when trying to sleep.
When asking for an extra pillow and duvets, which were not in the room for the sofa bed (which was not made for us) we were told the hotel only had 1 pillow left on the property. So slept with one pillow not two, now with neck ache. The sofa bed had no duvet either, just sheets and blankets.
In the kitchenette, the refrigerator vibrated and rattled so badly we got no sleep.
The final straw, was the bathroom towel rail that collapsed as I touched it, and clearly had been temporarily re-set like a trap because nobody wanted to fix it properly.
Breakfast was adequate but full of high fat and high sugar ingredients that will slowly but badly affect your health. Apples and oranges were the final salvation.
This hotel should not be allowed to carry the Marriott brand name.

The room
A lot of the staff and the customer service

Easily accessible, good location, room was large, breakfast was great as well.
The room looked rushed to be cleaned. The bed was poorly made, like mattress coming off the bed and the bottom sheet was all the way off on one side. The sheets were clean thankfully but the wall lamps were also tilted. A little jarring to see all those combined when you’re first walking in.

The suite was a good size. The layout was awkward but the private bathroom and kitchen were a good size for a family of 5.
I have a crawling baby and I usually don’t worry about him crawling on the floor or even outside. The room looked clean so I put him down to crawl and explore. Then noticed his legs and hands were black after crawling around for just a few minutes. Turns out after rubbing the floor with a wet towel the floors were absolutely filthy. I’m not a germaphobe like I said or anything but it was pretty gross. The towel was stained black and wouldn’t come off even after I tried to wash the towel I used. I called the front office to ask for a mop but no one came to offer a mop or to clean the floors. I’m talking weeks of no mopping. I have 3 boys at home. I know dirty floors when I see them. I ended up using that towel to mop the whole place myself. It wasn’t great but at least it picked up some dirt.

The Bed was horrible and the front desk could care less. I complained and they sent someone to the wrong room. I made it cleat to the room that had the issue but nothing solved. WOW.
Bad food and horrible bed!!

Clean comfortable rooms If we were staying longer, we would have had the option to do meals in our room.Which was great kitchen was well stocked. Check-in was easy. The staff was professional and helpful. Very good experience. Already recommended to a family member.
The extremely high up charge on water bottles at the convenience center in the lobby. I realize it is for convenience but water? I don't know. I feel like that should be reasonable.

There's a very generous check-out at 12 noon, plus I was working on this trip and the staff was gracious to let me work in their business center for a couple hours after I checked-out. The staff was amazing! The rooms were spacious and comfortable plus the kitchen had all the amenities. Very nice TV with plenty of channels to choose from. There's a pool, but I did not use it. The breakfast was adequate, but it was free so that's a very good thing. There's a brewery (called "The Bruery") on the other side of the property -- give them a visit (also, a few more within a couple miles such as BottleLogic Brewing). It's very close to the freeway so you have easy access.
Very large parking lot, yet you have a parking fee that you'll incur. There's not much around the property as it seemed to be an industrious area. There are places to eat nearby and you can walk to them. I did a run outside, but the area wasn't anything special given the industrious vibe so don't expect nice scenic walks, etc.

Ok for some one not have time to order and wait for cooking
Rooms are dirty, not maintained well or no maintenance, poor lighting in the bath room, light does not work so they replaed with a cheap light overhead

Great free breakfast offering. Enjoyed that. All the personal were professional and welcoming. Marriott usually gets that right. The bath/toilet room was really cramped. There was no privacy for two people in the morning if one gets up early. I like the kitchen facility that allowed me to make my morning smoothie and keep refrigerated groceries cool in the spacious refrigerator.
Internet was very poor. For a high end hotel chain, their technical offerings were below par. In the four years since I stayed at a Marriott, you would think the digital systems would be greatly improved, especially with the huge profits they are making. I will book Holiday Inn express going forward.
The bathroom and kitchen was clean but grout and other details were needing some work. Generally the property was dated.

Had full kitchenette, large space.
Bed was nice.
TV had netflix, but no account. can you get a cooperate hotel account for netflix? That would improve the TV option.
Bathroom was old.
room smelled bad, need fresh air and hepa filter
breakfast was very basic. Need more real food options. Almond milk would be nice, and real muffins from costco.

I liked the lobby, free breakfast and the comfortable room
The room smelled like cat urine as soon as we opened the door, it was uncomfortably pungent. Luckily we had air fresheners but that only helped us get used to the smell. I didn’t complain to management because we were only booked for 1 night and wouldn’t be hanging in the room.

The location put us in a room with wrong accomodations booked and had to change the room the day after check in due to availability. The room they switched us to did not have a working A/C and we requested to be fixed or relocated and could not due to labor day weekend availability again and waited 2 days to repair and wasn't offered any accomodations in regards to reduction of price on full stay bit was offered 2 day reduction of the total 4 we stayed. Manager at the end said all ye could offer us outside of 2 days was an apology with a smirk on his face
Everything whole experience could have been better. They have homeless people walking their parking lot asking for handouts and I was mortified with my family that this is allowed at their property. When brought up to employees was told it's California and a free country to do so.

Breakfast was good, the room was nice.
The additional expenses added at the last minute with no communication or information from Booking.com. $300 deposit, fee for the room charged immediately and held as an additional deposit for 5 days, parking cost of $9/day added, unexpected pet fee of $110 that was not shown on the booking form - only statements showing this was a pet friendly hotel.
Staff on check-in was not helpful with this.
We will not use Booking.com again.

gorgeous rooms! very comfortable bed.
sounded like elephants were upstairs. I’m assuming they put a family with kids above me. NON STOP running around, sounded like the roof was going to fall at any moment.
