Large modern rooms with a tasteful decoration.

Plenty of parking and an easy check-in procedure. A very large room with modern amenities. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices.

Some loud sounds from outside bothered me during the night. It sounded like a take off of an airplane although there's no airport nearby. Also the couch in the room was too firm.

Comfortable and Great Staff!

A great quiet location in Anaheim if you plan to visit Disneyland. Near enough around 10mins drive but not too loud from the bustling crowd. If you don't drive though, it may not be convenient (who doesn't drive in LA though). Room was very comfortable as one would expect off a Marriot property. The area is cleaned every day even during winter months. Lobby was quiet and means that check-in are a breeze. Despite being rated only as a 2-3 star property, it's a gem especially with the nice staff in the lobby who never fails to greet guest even if it was 4am in the morning.

Nothing to dislike, everything were great memories and if we were to go Disneyland again, this would be our place of stay again. It was simply a relaxing area.

Never book at Springhill Suites Placentia

I lost the 200 dollars because Springhill Suites NEVER "found" my reservation. Despite a call to Booking.com and TWO HOURS with Springhill Suites staff. It was genuinely awful...I made the reservation as a gift for a man who is dying of cancer. Probably the worst reservation situation I have ever encountered in a long life with many travels. The Booking.com rep was good and helpful. Everything about Springhill Suites was lower than sub par. I intend to write a detailed account of the mess and present it to the manager of the Placentia Springhill. I'll also send it to the manager's boss. Toooooo dreadful.

We were not the happiest guests and would not stay again here unless absolutely necessary.

The fact That it was only one year old and the staff was super helpful and professional.

Many things: 1) The a/c system is the worst. It blows on the bed directly and you cannot lie or sit on the bed without freezing. We had to turn it off every night so that we could sleep. 2) The location is near the train tracks and if you are on the wrong side of the building you hear the rumble of the trains passing (even numbered rooms). 3) Insulation between rooms is not adequate, you hear kids crying next door or nervous guests pacing the room with heavy footsteps around midnight. 4) Water pressure in the lavatory and shower is very low. Also when you are trying to take a shower it takes forever for the water to heat up.

It was a very nice hotel. Great double queen beds and a really comfortable sofa Bravo to the West Elm Furniture! Very Nearly where we had needed to be and local food delivery was easy as we. Nice warm pool & clean gym. I wish their breakfast ran til 11am but the we figured it out. Thanks

Everything was so neat and clean, parking was easy & location was super convenient. Customer service was def a 10/10, everyone was so efficient, very nice, and accommodating. Definitely will be booking another stay here, recommend this to everyone!!! You get more bang for your buck here!
