Overall is was a great stay with the exception of the car wash disturbance.

The room was spacious and the hotel it self was very clean.

Our room faced Denny’s and the car wash. The car wash buzzer was really loud and so was their intercom. I was waken up early in the morning because of the car wash.

Desk girl rude. AC in room real noisy. Bath tub dirty. Carpet gross. Should I continue? Come on, you know what you have. I will never ever stay there again. This is my opinion. Whether it counts or not, you can just shove it. You asked, i answered. I have said it all

Awful, scary, dirty, extremely unsafe. Book at your own risk.

This place is scary. There was a homeless woman residing on the staircase going from the parking to the lobby. When we asked front desk for help, he said there is nothing I can do. There was fresh blood in the elevator!!! Room smelled like vomit and urine. We checked out immediately and hotel refused to refund the rest of the stay. This place is located between 2 sketchy gas stations and there was hand activity taking place. It was false advertisement on Booking.com stating that it is 4 star hotel. It is worse than Motel 6 amenities.

Clean comfortable beds and big rooms! The location is so close to CSUF.

Comfortable bed, good location, pricey and no coffee in the morning.

The hotel was very nice, clean, recently remodeled. The bed was very comfortable. Location was close to CSUF. The taco place across the street was excellent.

There was no coffee available in the lobby. I had to go to Denny's across the street for breakfast. It was expensive to stay there. I'm not sure it was worth the price.

I forget a valuable item in my hotel room after I checked out. I called and talked to the manager who made sure that the room was not entered until I returned two hours later to retrieve my valuables which were exactly where I left them!

Security around the hotel. I was concerned about leaving my car outside.

It was convenient to where we needed to go.

The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was clean. Everything was fine except the towel situation, please see below.

The only problem was that we only received 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel every day. We had to ask every day for another one. This happened the last time we were there as well.

Location to Nixon Library

Not up to Doubletree name. Leaky ceilings in common area, leftover beer glasses in elevator lobby for entire stay (2nights three days). Understaffed bar service. Average room more expected of a lower echelon brand. Seems to be a rough neighborhood outside. Shares a parking lot with a restaurant.

Room was very hot and hard to cool down. Staff was also hesitant to give me water when I asked for some which was a little annoying given how much I spent on my stay.

Loved the towels, loved the jetted tub, the suite room had plenty of room. The room was clean and comfy.

The breakfast was not very good and extremely overpriced. They do not offer a continental breakfast for guests. When we asked if they had any complimentary water for guests they man at the front desk with the long grey beard was so extremely rude and said no. I had to purchase a dasani water bottle for $5.
