Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Cincinnati NE Mason

It was close to my destination.

They are remodeling but they tried to make everyone happy

Perfect Location and staff was very helpful

The suite was big. Kitchenette was much bigger than expected. Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was excellent and nice hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It wasnt spotless but it was cleaned where it mattered. Room was clean, hallways and elevators were rough, but like I said it was clean where it mattered.

Great location in Cincinnati and loved being close to everything but still quiet later in the evening. Staff were extremely friendly and understanding tho.

Staff stated that the property was recently bought by a new owner and being remodeled. They were kind and understanding but the room had a hole in the extra rooms door, 4 random tvs, no hair dryer, etc. then the room only 2 towels for 4 people and when asked for more they said we would have to give back the 2 others that were dirty first? Over all decent experience for the amount we paid but just a lot of confusion and back and forth. And after checking out they had double charged the card on file. They said it was only going to be a pending charge and would go away after a few days and just sort of apart of their system. Really just would have been nice to have a heads up about it.
