Good location
Staff the 2nd night was sitting in a corner on computer, the lobby had all chairs put up and dark not welcoming to sit and socialize on a Saturday evening around 8pm

The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. Beds were comfortable. And the location was perfect.
There was no microwave in the room and the refrigerator was really small. There was not much space for luggage or places to put clothes or shoes. The bathroom shower was nice but the door would not stay shut all the was and water would puddle on the floor outside the shower door.

I did not interact with anyone at the front desk since I opted for the digital key. The digital key worked fine and I was able to check-in and check-out all on the app. Nice breakfast layout and the food tasted good. There are nice touches like built-in nightlight in bathroom and dimmers on the floor lamp.
In order to share the digital key, I would have had to have my wife add the Hilton app. We opted not to do that.

The breakfast was very good. The lobby was well kept and posh. Our bathroom was good too. We liked the soap and shampoo dispensers. Water temperature and pressure were great.
There was no microwave. The beds were sort of hard. The 4th floor smelled like burnt rubber. The elevator on the right shifted when beginning to ascend. The pool room had worn interior.
