My 7 years old’s favorite place on earth.

Upon check in they are extremely slow and don't seem to have a smooth check-in process in place. Once I entered my room it wreaked of humidity and smelled like a damp old towel. We were exhausted so went to bed the next day I go to take a shower and the bathtub is filthy! Also had several bugs on the curtain and tub. I would highly recommend if all you're interested in is the waterpark stay elsewhere and buy passes. This place is disgusting.

We traveled with our granddaughters ages 10, 9 and 3 and there were things to do for all 3 of them and they had great fun!
