I had a great stay overall! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and everything else about my experience was great.
My only issue was the parking situation. There is no hotel parking available other than valet, which costs $69 per night personally, I found that quite expensive. The alternative is street parking, but finding a spot nearby can be difficult, and at times I had to park pretty far away and walk back to the hotel.

The location is amazing, room have great city views, rooms are very modern and well-furnished and well-appointed
No breakfast, no lobby coffee, in-room coffee was ho-hum, pool not in service, no daily maid service, no room safe

The location is convenient and quiet. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby plus a good breakfast spread.
The valet parking price is outrageous. I would expect a $75/ night at maybe the Four Seasons down the street, bur not at a Courtyard. Self- parking isn’t offered.

The hotel was nice and cleanly and the room had good features.
No breakfast, parking is expensive, the staff that checked me in was rude. The TVs did not allow for streaming and when I asked that same staff if I could use a conference room she was rude and told me I had to book and call in advance, she did not even try and find a solution to my problem.
