Overall, it is good except the bathroom is too small.

I love the location; you can find everything nearby. What I love the most is that the AC keeps it cool all night. The bed is comfortable, and there are extra pillows and a blanket.

The only thing I don't like about this place is that the bathroom door is very inconvenient to open and close.

The breakfast they offered was amazing! Lots of choices and nice clean dining room to sit and eat.

So I called ahead before booking the hotel to ask questions. I was told the pool was heated but it was freezing! Then when we tried the wet or dry sauna it was an epic disaster! The wet sauna took more then 10mins to kick on and after we finally had some time in there opened the door and the smoke alarm started going on and yelling “fire fire” so we tried the dry sauna and couldn’t get it up work so called the front desk with no response so said forget it! Now I know people like to walk and exercise but there were a bunch of random guys in the pajamas walking around the parking lot late at night and early morning at first I thought they were guests but I think they live there and there just staring you down so it’s freaking creepy! Also body wash was empty in the shower and the beds were so hard I could not get comfortable but some people like hard mattresses I unfortunately do not. The hotel was clean, didn’t charge a deposit, had an awesome breakfast so it wasn’t all bad.

Cozy and Comfortable place

The size of the room was very accommodating, the bed was soooo comfortable and it was very clean and location was super Easy to find. We definitely would recommend that our Family and Friends this place to stay. Price was also affordable for our comfort and peace and how close it was to Levi stadium.

When we 1st arrived we were told, that the WATER was turned off until 6pm and that if we wanted to shower , we would have to go to the Gym area to shower, and we couldn't use the toilets either. However quickly after we settled in, the Manager called to inform us that Water was turned back on per Mormal use.

I will not be staying at this particular location ever again

Breakfast options were good, the breakfast staff was pleasant, and the restaurant area was bright and cheerful in the mornings. Didn't use the sauna, but it looked nice. Bed was large and comfy, with lots of fluffy pillows. Always good to have a microwave, coffee machine, and fridge in the room on extended stays.

I found a man's socks and boxers rolled up in a bundle underneath a stool in my room the night I checked in, which was disgusting, to say the least. The door latch in my room was also broken (which they eventually fixed). Worst of all - the friends I was traveling with heard and saw a mouse in each of their 2 rooms on 2 consecutive nights. The mouse even dropped onto one of their beds. When they complained (very politely) to management at the front desk, they were yelled at, accused of lying, and basically asked to leave the hotel, with no refund offered for the sleepless and miserable 2 nights they spent there (the AC in one of their rooms also didn't work, btw). I have never seen such atrocious customer service at any hotel in my life.

The gem of our trip!

We were on the road to Northern CA from Oregon. We spent one night at Milpitas and chose this hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. Everything about this hotel was good. The king room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty, and they served it on China not on paper plates. Very classy. Loved this hotel. Definitely will stay again.

It was close to Levi Stadium. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was good! Friendly staff :)

We did not get a balcony room like I thought. I got in the only room without one on the 1st floor in the corner :( The bathroom was very small. The hotel had a slight odor when we walked in.

Great location, perfect casual accomodations and amazing staff.

The staff was amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. I would definetely stay there again. Very comfortable, very easy to have my dog there. Thank you to the crew!

For the most part all the decore was good, except there was a lamp that was very obviously broken, especially the shade. It gave a shabby look to the room.

It was a good location to be able to get around the valley. Nice and quiet.

The location was a little hard to find but once there it was a wonderful stay. I drove from Arizona to California to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. My sister and daughter each drove there as well.

We found the hotel to be a good choice for cost and location

the breakfast food and its eating area were outstanding and well maintained. We have been here more than once and would go again.

If room is on the freeway side it can be rather noisy. also, on one visit we stayed downstairs in a "patio room" and the neighbors stayed outside and talked loudly until we asked them to be quieter around 11pm.
