Beautiful bed and breakfast with genuine hospitality.

There were many reasons why my husband and I enjoyed our stay at Stone Soup Inn. The exterior of the property was quite nice, the interior was exquisite, and our room was very charming. Also, our host, Laura and Beth (I may have her name wrong) were so kind and genuinely nice. We really enjoyed our stay and the real hospitality we received. I would highly recommend staying at this gorgeous bed and breakfast. You won’t be sorry!

Accommodating, convenient, comfortable, had a great time and wonderful sleep.

The lady that checked me in was super sweet, and the place was very cozy and comfortable. Beautiful rooms, with awesome jacuzzi tubs.

Ruined

The lady running it was rude. The light fixture shocked me. The fire alarm went off at 230 am and woke us out of bed. The left side of the bed was broken. I left a review on Google and they tried to bully me out of the review by calling me a bully. I answered it honestly and I didn't need to go tell them anything like the person who responded to my review said I didn't tell them. Tell them that the fire alarm went off, tell them the bed is broken that is their bed, tell them the fixture shocked me that is their fixture, I didn't say anything because my experience was already ruined by the lady running it. But I was supposed to go down and say something or it's not what happened apparently. So odd. Then she said my husband thanked her while coming down for breakfast that was provided. My husband was being kind because he is, not any other reason and doesn't like confrontation. We planned on moving on from the experience and never going back. I'm allowed to leave a review and an honest one. No reason to ever lie on a place we once enjoyed that was ruined.

Very disappointing!

The staff was very rude. The bed was broken. I got shocked plugging my phone into an outlet. The fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. It was a disaster for our special occasion.

Gorgeous

Everything, location, attendance, cleanliness and sympathy of the innkeepers.

the snow was the only unexpected thing.. unfortunately was minus 17 Degree Celsius a harsh cold outside for walking around , otherwise would have been even better. But it was all perfect, Mrs. Laura lit the fireplace and the house is soooo perfect to stay and feel at home.

I loved the style, decoration and distribution of the apartment.

Maybe it could be a little tricky for handicapped folks because of the amount of staircases.

Beautiful hotel In Indianapolis

This is a stylish and comfortable hotel. The room was pretty big and sunny. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Free parking spot and it placed not far from the city centre. I would spend there a few more days.

This is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Indy with special touches and a friendly staff.

I loved the atmosphere and the comfort of the rooms! The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was top notch. Will stay here again!

Stone Soup Inn We will be Back!!

We love the Bed and Breakfast feel and the old antique house it was clean comfortable and very inviting. The check in lady and the Chambermaid were so nice and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back soon, and hopefully the breakfast around the table will be still going then and get rid of this stupid covid. The breakfast basket that they brought us was really nice, due to covid there was no breakfast gathering but hopefully that will change. Overall we really enjoyed this place and will be back there or the looking glass again.

The breakfast was good, the overall place was very nice. I really like old buildings and houses so that's what attracted me to the bed and breakfast. It was a very cute property and I was excited to be there. The place was clean and super adorable. The common areas were well kept and enjoyable to be in with lots of history in the home.

I went into labor 3 weeks early, six days before my stay, which was a day too late for regular cancellations. I understand not letting me cancel, but they also wouldn't let me switch dates so that it worked in both of our favors. I didn't want to be out of the money with a newborn, so my mom stayed the first night and we stayed the 2nd night after we were released from the hospital. I do wish they would have worked with me, because I will not be staying there again. Also, the chambermaid was extremely rude and passive aggressive towards us. He could have been a lot more polite to guests staying there.

Perfect romantic getaway!

Beautiful bed and breakfast! The staff was friendly and helpful! the gentleman innkeeper was there if you needed him but discreet enough to enjoy our romantic evening! Amazing facilities!

The bed was uncomfortable but my husband is super picky and we haven’t found a bed he likes :) so not really a downside for most probably.
