This hotel was safe and clean, with all the amenities to make a restful stay.

The location was safe and secluded, but close to the city centers. Good parking. Healthy breakfast options. Working pool. Clean gym. Spacious, clean room. Nice bathroom. Felt safe and quiet.

The paint in the hallways seemed sub par compared to the lobby. We wondered if the hotel was a pig with lipstick, heading to our room.

Chose because of Hilton association and near airport when unfamiliar with area. Felt safe and fairly comfortable.

The worst I can't remember a time where I have been treated so poorly

The breakfast was just a stale bagel . Lots of homeless people that linger around cars are broken into. Seems like this is more of a temporary housing for transient . I swear the staff goes out of their way to make you stay extremely unpleasant

Sorry, the room was dirty and the whole building had an awful smell. The lady at the front desk spent more time with a baby and some strung out junky then cleaning up the lobby. Yes I’m judging!!! Worst property I’ve EVER stayed in!!

Very clean and great value for the money!

There was no remote for the tv, however once I discovered the baseball game wasn't being televised there was nothing else I wanted to watch, so wasn't important to me. The only other negative while I was there was some kinda creepy people hanging around in the parking lot, both when I arrived, and the next morning when i departed.

The bed was comfortable.

Squatters that have been there for months were across the hall. Many knocking on the door all day and night. One tried breaking into the door with a screwdriver or tool of some sort. Lots of doors slamming. Felt unsafe. Toilet ran off and on all day and night. There was no breakfast. Was a note on wall about no breakfast at that location and if the website said so they need to change it per front desk. Lots of homeless outside all around the property.

It was low priced

The refrigerator was broken, the tv had burned in images and black section. The toilet made a siren sound after every flush. The staff didn’t offer to move me despite only fixing the fridge after my milk had gone bad.

Avoid this place unless you have no other choice.

The bed was actually super comfy and the room was mostly clean.

Bathroom fan had a rag stuffed in it which had black mold on it. Key cards did not work for door access. Staff told me they couldn’t cancel my stay that I had to go through booking.com who said I couldn’t cancel. Rooms smelled like cigarettes, it was gnarly.

Would not stay again nor recommend

The pictures online are very deceiving. The hotel is very run down on the outside and in. The room cleanliness wad okay but not cleaned well. There were people next door smoking in their room which filled my bathroom with a horrible smoke smell. The ceiling fan had a towel in between the hole in the ceiling and the grate covering. The rooms need alot of maintenance and updating. The online pictures also show a pool and hot tub as well as breakfast. There was none of the above. The front desk clerks were decent in their interactions but not overly friendly. I would not recommend this hotel nor stay here again.

Updates needed inside and out. Accurate online descriptions. Friendlier staff. Pretty sure the people next door to me were using drugs as they were up all night long and in the morning and were loud. They were also smoking in their room though alot of the hotel smelled of smoke. I saw no housekeeping staff the entire time I was there. No pool, hot tub or breakfast like the online description says. It was false advertisement.

Everything was awful! from the staff down to the actual hotel. it smelled awful. There was people who lived there full time, and they were always screaming and slamming doors. The only personable front desk attendant was the after noon lady with the black hair. everyone else was rude and had a chip on their shoulder.

the room was fine.

the lady at the counter couldn’t be bothered. I walked up to the counter and stood there while her face was buried in the computer screen. I stood there a couple of minutes then finally said “Hello!” It was only then she acknowledged me. I know it might be hard to get good help these days but come on!
