Alex the front desk clerk was very helpful. The TV in my room did not work. He came and troubleshooted it and fixed it. I also had some questions he quickly gave me the answers to. Very nice guy. God bless!

It was easy to check in. The checkin guy wanted everyone to show ID but then didn’t check that everyone had shown ID.
Maybe the homeless people around the property could sleep in the empty rooms.

Everything especially the staff. The price was reasonable, it was located very close to everything I was needing to get to, and the room was very clean. I definitely will return.

Beds were nice but the pillows were too soft.
The TV didn't work, tiny flies came out of the sink each time you turned on the water, the fridge froze everything, no tissues like Kleenex. And we asked for a ground floor because of physical issues and we ended up on the second floor. Otherwise it was nice.
