Room not clean, under the bed looks like it hasn't been touched in over a year. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning

The rooms have been clean, the beds decent, well-lit parking lot, functioning heat, very good shower water pressure.
I've stayed twice, and the ONE ice machine has been out of order the entire time. It's been out of order for over a month. Not good.
There is also ONE small microwave for the entire complex, which is problematic when mini-fridges or individual microwaves are NOT provided in many rooms. It's a small issue, obviously.
