Beach,empty kitchen and noise all day long

EMTY kitchen,sorry 3 glasses 🙂 and microwave with stove and fridge,not functioning cafe machine and empty furniture. Noise level 24hour like someone uses noisy vacuum cleaner constantly (not for sensitive sleepers)

Overall great experience

The location was great, the pool was awesome, room had 2 burners , a microwave and a decent size fridge . Big bed and a futon. Ac was super cold. Hotel also has a bbq by the pool. Rooms also looked newly renovated . Employees are also very nice.

My only complain would be that the walls are super thin. You can hear if there are people talking nearby. Also there is a pretty rude lady that I believe lives there in room 201.

This place is in a great location for a staycation with parking ($$/day). Walking distance from the beach. It has nice pool and a rooftop. Relatively quiet.

Room was not clean. We had to clean the room ourselves despite a mandatory $20 cleaning fee. Building facades need some TLC.

Perfect Spot for a Beach Getaway

I stayed for just one night and it was a great experience overall. The location is excellent—just steps from the broadwalk, making it perfect for anyone wanting to soak up the beach vibes without any hassle. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the office manager was courteous and professional throughout. The space itself was cozy, clean, and came with all the basics—simple furniture and toiletries. I’d definitely recommend Hotel P to any beach lover looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to rest after a day in the sun. ☀️🏖️

The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi, which had a few glitches during my stay. But if you’re mainly there to enjoy the beach and unwind, it’s not a dealbreaker.

Only a couple hundred feet from beach and Broadwalk.Clean, good ac, room a good size, bed comfortable. Parking reasonable @$20 per day. Very frieNDLY and helpful person at check in/check out. A great deal for the price!

The owner is very nice they have renovated the units and the size and amenities is very nice inside the units

It is not beachfront which it states it was however the location is just 400 feet from the beach and the beach was very nice The weed smell is overwhelming there are signs everywhere not to smoke however clearly people do

I liked the space of the room and kitchen area. The A/C was good. We did find a shirt under the bed. Overall great experience with a great location.

Uncomfortable beds. Cigarette burns on the bedding. BOTH table lamps in the suite are broken . These are very inexpensive to replace. Linens smelled of smoke residue. One room had broken / disabled smoke detectors. Broken patio chair. Couch was very cheap and uncomfortable. Little details like this make a huge difference. Replace the lamps , invest in better bedding / linens & furniture. Easy to do.

The location to the boardwalk is the only draw.

It's a rundown , beaten up place . You'll get another surprise when you are told to pay for parking ,$20.00, there is no balcony nor view! . A wall AC unit that rumbles 24/7. Spend some extra $ and book elsewhere.

My New Vacay Spot

My stay was exceptional! The hotel room and pool was clean. Well kept property walking distance to the beach. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating, friendly and professional. They offer parking on site for $20. I booked my next stay in a couple weeks before checking out. Can’t wait to come back !

Wonderful place for holidays

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pousada Suites and I highly recommend it. Nothing the stay was horrible people were fighting in the parking lot my living room power kept triggering off when the ac unit came on, the living room blinds didn't go down. I had to worry if they were going to kick me out after I booked the room for two nights the employee did have change for me when I got there so I had to want until I left to get my money back the employee tried to get more money out of me in order to stay to the end of my reservation.

Location

After a little bleach the bathroom smelled much better and a little air freshener made it tolerable. We only used the room to shower and sleep so it served that purpose. All the property needs is a little paint and updates to the furniture and that would make the property much nicer, the air conditioning units did work though which was a plus.
