The staff was exceptionally hospitable! Constantly cleaning and making sure all guest were attended to. The pool was great also

It had a slight mold smell one of the days. But that’s on the owner not staff. If the owner invested more into property , he has an amazing staff to contribute towards the upgrade.

universal Studios epic universe in most places were within 8–18 minutes away- was a great location, I was fine with our room. It was comfortable. I was not fine with the size of the pool it was not clean. my opinion, the free breakfast was basic an convenient. There was no outdoor place to sit in the evening -noisy by The highways needed update and getting in and out of the room door was ridiculously difficult, their keys do not work well,, but the staff was very nice and the housekeeping was very nice. I would prefer going to a resort if I’m going to stay a week. this is fine for just a few days or a long weekend that’s my opinion. I’ve been traveling for over 45 years and you don’t get that many television programs unless you pay for it there’s really no view great for short days if you want to be near universal Studios.

The people that worked there were very nice, the housekeepers were really nice. The main desk was very nice. The room were clean. The bed was comfortable great for short stays. I would not stay there for a week again , there’s no place to sit outside in the evening, they don’t have much on television programming, unless you have children there’s no view , parking lot highway in Palm trees that’s your view it’s a bit noisy because you’re right off the highway so you do need earplugs , the pool is very small and it was quite dirty on the bottom. The breakfast was your normal scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, danish, bread, waffle maker, coffee, tea, blah blah like I said if you have children and you can get a sweet for the price, it’s great.
