The property has a great location, especially for the Universal Park visits; there is a free shuttle service

Good breakfast.
AC/Heating unit broke just on the coldest night in 15 years in Orlando. After reporting it, maintenance was sent, but it was not completely fixed and broke again and they didn't take any further action nor gave me another rom. I had to spend the night without heating.
