We usually stay at Rosen Inn whenever we come up for the weekend, but this will be the last time. The value for the money is usually good, but this time the first room we were assigned had a broken door that would not lock which is too unsafe for anyone to stay in. That room also was missing the power chord for the tv which may have been a result of the door not locking. The second room we were moved to had a very sticky door that we had to push in the bolt just to get it to close. At least it locked but that was an effort to work around a broken door that made our stay feel dingy. The room also had a horrible mildew smell that may have been a result of poor cleaning and that made us feel gross our whole stay. There were also a few beetles in the room. All in all, we're going to spend some more money to stay somewhere cleaner that isn't falling apart from now on.

For the price, it seems like there will be a catch. But there isn't. Perfectly clean rooms, good A/C, and a surprisingly nice set of courtyard pools. It's not state-of-the-art, but it's plenty comfortable, and it costs half of what they're asking at anywhere comparable. Always my choice in Orlando, and always quite pleasant.

I stayed 2 years ago and had a good time this is totally different. I understand that it’s now been sold to another company. The cleaning is not carried out. We were here for seven days and nothing was changed. There was a large smell of cannabis everywhere you went around the hotel and the room next door the time we were here I’ve had a dog in it that was barking or four young people banging door to the early hours of the night smoking cannabis causing a nuisance never recommend to stay here again
