The hotel room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space for clothes. The lobby staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a complimentary light dinner after returning from the parks, as well as a soda machine and popcorn, which is a really nice touch and makes the stay feel extra comfortable and enjoyable.
The breakfast was very limited and exactly the same every day. There were no vegetables, and most of the food was processed. We only really enjoyed the Belgian waffles and cereal.
The room also didn’t have a safe, which was inconvenient. Valuables could be stored at the front desk, but we would have preferred an in-room safe with a code.

There is a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios, the staff were polite and the hotel was basic ( a bit like a posh Travelodge) but clean.
Breakfast was OK but got busy and the Kickback food was more like snack food, so don't expect a main meal. The hotel was in walking distance of International Drive
Expensive for what it is.

Clean, lovely staff, loved the kick back and close to attractions
Road noise kept us awake and we got woken up by door dash at 1am with a delivery for someone else. My concern was that for security reasons doors were locked at night yet someone was able to access and knock at our door.
