Property amenities are great, wide variety of things to do, great place for families to stay. Our property was beautiful, right in the first floor easily located. Check in was a breeze, check out was even better. We will definitely be back!

Everything was really smooth at check-in and WR Lakes had plenty to do. Great location and amenities.

It was so nice. King bed could be a little softer. But the tub was so relaxing. Would stay again!

Positives included location to Universal; activities on site including Pirates Cove water park, bowling, and the arcade; and comfortable beds.
Negatives were no access to Wi-Fi; a broken toilet that would not flush which they kept sending someone, but they couldn’t fix it which was a problem. Cleanliness wasn’t great; needs updating.
