The property and condo was nice….great walking trails and amenities (most of which you pay extra for). The actual condo was nice but not very warm feeling…bright overhead lights above each side of the beds….lamps would be nice bc it’s hard to read or see arch something with the bright light on while your bed partner is trying to sleep. There weren’t any pillows on the couch so the couch was just decent…not super comfortable. Also, the Samsung TVs were outdated….no way to login to Netflix or other streaming services, so we only had access to regular channels. The kitchen had all the basic cookware and plates but none of the basics that you tend to see in other VRBOs like salt and pepper, cooking spray, foil, etc. Overall, it was a decent but not what I was looking for in a condo where we wanted to relax and cook while we were there.

Overall loved the property and location. Most of the staff was nice. We had some challenges during our stay
1. Wifi is not included and when you pay for it... speed is terrible.
2. Sooo many bugs in the room. They obviously don't use pest control services.
3. Parking is a nightmare. We were forced to walk carrying a newborn in a car seat a pretty far distance. They said we could use the shuttle but it was very inconsistent. Parking by the unit is scarce and the garage is very far away.
4. Hassled over sitting thru a timeshare presentation.
5. Traffic jams were consistent around the property and very frustrating to have to plan extra time to get off the property.
Other than that the property is in a great location and the waterpark is awesome.
