Basically everything was okay beside one elevator that was closed to repair and cause us to walk a lot inside the hotel in order to get to the room

Excellent staff, very clean, great location, amazing breakfast setup, and a basketball court is the cherry on top.

The pillows are too soft for my taste, but that's the only negative thing I have to say

The cleanliness needs improving. One day our room was not cleaned at all and when we went to speak to reception about this they didn’t apologise for the inconvenience. When the room was cleaned, it looked like it had been rushed and there was still some obvious dirt marks around the sink and bath. Toilet roll was not always restocked so you had to ring down to reception to get some sent up. The staff were unfriendly and rude. They did not acknowledge you when you passed reception and when we checked in the staffs’ attitude was very poor. There has been a drastic change since we last stayed at this hotel.
