We enjoyed our stay. We were trying to stay close to the expo center we had a little not bad drive.

Price wasn't worth the stay of disappointment

The beds was comfortable. The coffee from breakfast was drinkable.

5 minutes before check out time, we were waiting for my husband to get out of restroom, when a knock came. I yelled coming... then the door opened, but we had the extra lock on it so the lady kept pushing the door. I said we're leaving just waiting for husband to finish his poop. The 2 ladies barged in brushing past my children n I who were waiting by the door loaded with things in our arms. That ticked me off because i felt like it was rude and un hospitable of the staff. The tub drain Plug was broken. If it stayed in the tub it wouldn't drain water. The shower curtain was short so water got on floor which made it hard to get dressed in standing water. Only 2 towels provided for 3 guest stay, so didn't have something to put on floor. The coffee maker in room was missing the piece to place coffee grounds in. The eggs at breakfast tasted like playdoe, sausage was cold in the middle and only fruit offered was apples.

Amazing and Suitable for families.

This is the option you need if you're looking for a place suitable for families with children and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is excellent, and Mr. Steve is very kind and dedicated to guest service. Very clean and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay while passing through the city.

Good stay, excellent staff

Good location for our purposes. But, especially found the staff very friendly. Of particular note was the young woman staffing the desk in the evening. Destiny, was extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful with an issue that arose in our room our second day. She very quickly offered a solution and made it happen. This property is very lucky to have such a dedicated staff member.

Too close to train, was a little off putting in the middle of the night.

Would not recommend this place to anyone from out of town wanting to go to Louisville, especially if you are not white.

Property manager and day shift worker were very welcoming and helpful.

Room was not up to date. Water was seeping through the floor next to the shower. Far from downtown. Then night attendant seemed to be under the influence of marijuana, would forget what she was helping us about, and was very rude.

Great stop over hotel

Great place to stay for a stopover whilst travelling, we had bad weather so stayed in, so didn't get to see the local area. Breakfast had a good range to choose from, including waffle making machine.
