I was worried that we wouldn't make it in time for check in, but I called the reception and they said it would be fine. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was variety to choose from. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Hotel needs to be renovated. Was disappointed with the excellent appearance it once had as an Embassy Suites hotel.

The theme was cool and it was clean and friendly staff. Lots of things to do and eat in the area if you like shops
A little bit of on odd smell but I am sensitive to smells and our door thing was loose or something so the key didn’t want to work and we had to get help to get in the room

Breakfast, room and location was great. Front desk people, bartenders were very friendly
Checking in the system was down took a hour to get checked in the checking in staff did the best they could they handled it very well with a great attitude.
Leaving Sunday morning cleaning lady was cleaning by side door and was rude as we were walking out to my son
