Our bathroom floor was so sticky and dirty and it had the worse Oder it was hard to go in there! The guy at front desk was informed about the bathroom and they did come up and mop it which we appreciate very much but they could not do any thing about the Oder! We always stay at this hotel when we come to Lubbock!

Ordered drinks to take up to the room and was forced to take it in plastic cups; staff explained they were having too many incidents involving broken glasses; weak water pressure in bathroom sink

Nothing everything was above expectations stayed only one night, attending a family funeral and after a long day it was nice to come back to a really comfortable bed. We had a great sleep

Beautiful furnishings
Restroom had an odor to it and floor was sticky. I wish the rate had included breakfast. We had to drive in heavy rain to find a nice breakfast spot.
