Breakfast and location
The beds were to hard and the a/c had a weird noise and couldn't sleep well

Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was very close to the university Medical Center, where my family member was a patient during my stay.
The parking lot closed at 10 PM and you had to buzz in or scrap your room card.

The room was very comfortable, breakfast very good, staff very nice and helpful.
having to pay extra for parking when I didn't see any security and the gate was not closed at midnight

Water pressure was good in our second room
our first room had extremely poor water pressure. We also had a swarm of flying ants in our room. We had to pack up and move in the middle of the night to a new room. Fortunately, the room we moved to had much better water pressure.
