Honestly it was an awesome overall stay. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfy and room was spacious. Staff was very nice and accommodating. At check in we opted to skip house cleaning but the staff still checked every morning to make sure we were doing well and had towels and such
The hot tub wasnt working which was a bummer. Also given the size of the room I booked they should have had a larger fridge.

It was move-in week for OSU students so I liked the close proximity to campus while helping my daughter with her new apartment. Also the staff was very friendly and room was extremely clean.
I booked for 3 nights at a fairly expensive cost of $640 total, but I guess the prices were jacked up for OSU move-in week.The rate included free cancellation up to 4pm the day of check-in; however, two days before check-in I wanted to cancel the first night only. It was impossible to do, because Booking.com requires you to cancel the entire reservation and in calling the hotel, they would not allow me to cancel the first night, period. So I had to pay full price for a room that I didn't check in to until the next evening. The room I booked was upgraded to a suite because no others were available, but it faced Olentangy River Rd. where traffic is extremely loud day and night. So, I didn't get the best sleep unfortunately.

The room was spacious, the staff was cordial.
Mold in bathroom, creaky bed, elevators and dining area crowded, hot tub wasn’t hot just lukewarm. Wasn’t aware of $15 parking charge which was unacceptable
