The linens were exceptionally clean and smelled great. All the staff we ran into were welcoming and friendly. We didn't have the breakfast, but a few other guests in the elevator said it was good.
The room definitely showed signs of wear and maybe wasn't the most clean. There were some suspicious stains on the blinds and the bathroom had brown drops all over the wallpaper. You could tell everyone was trying hard to upkeep the hotel, but there were areas that needed a really good gut or deep clean.

The breakfast was great (the coffee was particularly good, but I found it odd that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room). The beds were soft and comfy and the bathroom was clean. Bonus points for having a tub that was deep enough for an adult to take a bath in. Really helped after 2 long days on the road.
Just the lack of coffee in the room. I like to have a cup right when I wake up and don't want to have to get fully dressed to go downstairs to grab one.
