If you dont need your deposit . Its ok place to stay

The stay was decent , the breakfast was great . The staff was nice.

You promised deposit back in 4 days . Try 10 days your Hotel held on to it. Book the room for the 18th of January . Deposit wont be returned til the January 28th. Not ok. Not cool . This is not the communication I've recieved from the Hotel .

The staff is friendly, but the place smells bad.

The room smelled bad, and the windows only opened to a maintenance yard. Breakfast wasn't available by the advertised time, so we missed it.

Great hotel for quick trip

Super close to Sutter health park and right off the freeway. The staff were super helpful & roomy parking spot. Breakfast was yummy & great selection. Will definitely stay again for next baseball game

The ac would make a weird noise every now and then, hard to sleep but other than that good

Front desk didn’t seem very welcoming. No fault of the staff, but they seem to have to spend their time in the office behind the front counter.

More space for receptionist to be available, instead of having to wait for someone to figure out someone is at the front counter.

The room was dirty. The tile floors weren’t mopped, and there was dirt on them. Turn off the counters are wiped down, there was urine on the toilet seat, and the nightstand and luxurious we’re not wiped down and dirty.

Night mare end of vacation,

Melina,refuse my reservation after letting her know several times throughout my trip that my Southwest flight had a three hour delay. Flight 1803,confirmation #2BRQ7G. Was arriving in Sacramento at 11:15pm ended up getting in at Sacramento Airport at 3:30(daylight savings time). Given my reservation to her, was told the system had been purge already. There was no way to pull up my reservation. Talk to her on the phone in Phoenix (was told everything was OK, was given number to front desk. Because door was locked after midnight) showed her my confirmation on my cellphone, told the only thing she could do was to give me a new reservation at the cost of 180.00,plus 200.00 dollars deposit.
