The hotel itself was exceptionally clean the staff was decently Pleasant the location of my room was absolutely horrible I was placed at the almost very end on the top floor all while it sounded like a jackhammer was right in the middle of my room construction was going on basically next door on the freeway I asked to be moved rooms they said they could not I got zero sleep due to the jackhammering the beeping of the trucks backing up and everything else going on with construction zones needless to say I wasn't impressed with the customer service and could not fathom why they would not put me in a different room or even think that the noise would bother anyone
