The close proximity to restaurants and shopping!

My refrigerator didn’t work! But I spoke with customer service and was compensated for my lost! I will definitely stay again!

Staff was helpful

First room smelled like smoke covered up with Febreze even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. Second room smelled like moldy AC, ended up booking at a different hotel the same night and leaving. Even the lobby had a weird stench to it, elevator smelled like marijuana or body odor every time we got on.

Weird front of the building. It just says “Lobby” partially blocked by trees. Missed it 1st time around. Blankets were thin. I know it’s hot out, but I prefer sleeping in a cool room and I was too cold, so had to turn off AC A little pricey. I actually thought my booking price was less than one I was charged, but I was in a hurry and didn’t question it. It was $150 ish and I seriously remember it being $99 online.

THE ROOM WAS OK THE STAFF THAT WAS THERE WHERE GOOD BUT THEY WHERE SHORT STAFFED SOMETIMES YOULL WAIT LIKE A HALF AN HOUR TO GET SOMETHING TAKEN CARE OF AND THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME NOT HAVE WHAT YOU NEED

MORE STAFF FIX THE ELEVATOR WALKING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS IS A HASTLE WHEN YOUR CARRYING LUGGAGE AND OTHER THINGS KIDS ITS A LIL TOO MUCH FOR STAIRS

Clean enough but lacking most amenities.

It was clean and check in was easy. Fairly quiet and easy parking.

No shampoo, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, no cups or glasses and very minimal breakfast snacks. Card stating that cleaning only once per week but we only stayed 1 night.

The key card kept unproamming every night and had to keep going to the desk to get it fixed.. The bathroom sink could use a bigger counter around it.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was a child’s cup on the floor and the trash can didnt have the liner in it. When I went to put the liner in it, the liner was covered in a sticky substance. DISGUSTING 🤢

Make the changes that I suggested above & we may consider using your hotel again.

Product brands & variety.

Larger table & area away from front entry to put the products on. A separate room would have been more like other hotel & motels that I have stayed at in serving breakfest. No ice maker on the property, it would have fit in the vending room. Needs 2 queen beds offered in the room vs 2 double. Also, no room services to change & clean the room on a daily basis. We were told to leave the used towels & bed linens outside to be replaced. I am not paying a standard rate to do my own laundry & making up the beds when other hotels that I have stayed do this service included daily.
