Location and temperature
Cleaning staff forgot to leave clean towels and clean glassware. We had to call for service after 6 pm. They ran out of breakfast food several times , I had several small grandchildren with me and I had to wait in shifts to get them fed.

Location was perfect easy to accessed from the freeway. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The building itself was dated even tough attempts had been made to make it appears updated. Breakfast was disappointing it wasn't up to the standards I experience at other Embassy suite during my travels, missed those sausages ability to get freshly prepared food instead of food served cafeteria style like seen at lesser hotels.
