We don't travel often and did not realize we should check our email for late check in instructions. We unfortunately and regrettably woke the manager at 1am asking to check in, and there was an email that explained everything very clearly. We apologized that night and when we checked out. We were not made to feel bad about our faux pas.
We wanted to share that the motel was very clean, towels, bathroom, beds and sheets were all very clean. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room and a mini coffee maker. The room was spacious and well lit, with windows providing a nice cooling breeze. The pillows were perfect, and I can be very picky about pillows! The beds were comfortable and the TV was big enough for the room size.
In our case, the motel was adjacent to the location we were visiting which made our trip 100x easier. It is also right beside/behind a Denny's restaurant which also had excellent service. We would definitely return here for future visits to the area.

The rooms are okay. The floor need to be wiped every after guest usage because it’s dirty and dusty.

All of a sudden, they change their sign from green to blue and they think they can shut down their perfectly functional pool and hot tub AND be rude af? Nope. I won't be staying here ever again.
