Short breakfast hours. Refrigerator with no freezer. Mattresses need replacing.
$100 deposit on my card for security. $5 charge for a lost room key. $50/hour for late checkout.

Location
Thin floors. Could hear upstairs occupant thump on floor. Hard to sleep. My wife tried to use coffee machine and was grossed out. Went to buy coffee around corner.
