The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel was beautifully maintained and smelled nice. Our rooms were comfortable and well maintained.

The main entrance smelled really nice and the room AC worked well, although we couldn't read the thermostat or settings at all, so it took some time to get the temp comfortable. Nice location.

We stayed here 5 years ago, and it was a much nicer experience.... The elevator felt and sounded unsafe, like it was going to break down at any moment and was extremely hot inside. (We were on the top floor, so it was rather unpleasant.) There was a small hair on the toilet seat waiting for me upon arrival. The phone in our room didn't work. I reported the issue to the desk clerk, I was told he would come check it out, but he never did. I can't totally blame him. It seemed he was the only staff available to my knowledge with all the check-ins and outs at high volume from what I kept seeing passing through. The swimming pool was also out of order. Also, there was a lot of trash accumulated near the ice machine on our floor by the elevator. Sadly, if I need to come back to the area to stay in the future, I will be looking for other accommodations.
