I loved the room very clean, and fresh towels nice hair dryer and everyone was so nice.

Nice safe location on I40 Eastbound (a bit East of Memphis). I have stayed there many times in past 20 years. Breakfast was adequate and area kept up. Parking lot was clean and lighted well. Water pressure was good in shower. The rooms were very clean.
Price too high based on condition of hotel. Needs renovation in rooms and bathrooms. Walls peeling or crumbling in bathroom and furniture old. Beds were very hard and so were the pillows. The bedspreads smelled like dry cleaning solution.

The room was large and clean
One person at front desk and a line waiting to register and collect keys — took me 45 minutes just to get my key since I had pre-registered. Lots of internal noise with the bathroom fan extraordinarily loud and connected with light switch so could not turn it off without turning off the light. Had a 1-2 second burst of the fire alarm in the room, dogs barking down the hall,
Etc.
