I loved the room very clean, and fresh towels nice hair dryer and everyone was so nice.

Nice safe location on I40 Eastbound (a bit East of Memphis). I have stayed there many times in past 20 years. Breakfast was adequate and area kept up. Parking lot was clean and lighted well. Water pressure was good in shower. The rooms were very clean.

Price too high based on condition of hotel. Needs renovation in rooms and bathrooms. Walls peeling or crumbling in bathroom and furniture old. Beds were very hard and so were the pillows. The bedspreads smelled like dry cleaning solution.

The room was very clean, which I appreciated. Noise from other rooms was minimal, except for the loud sound when toilets flushed. The location was easy to reach.

I was placed in a "handicapped" room, which I didn't require--it seemed there had been a computer glitch so that when I arrived shortly after 3pm to check in, no rooms were listed as available in the system. A second clerk suggested simply that I be placed in room 208 (the "handicapped" room), which she knew was clean. When the door to the room closed, it slammed--very loudly--so I had to be careful not to allow it to close by itself. The shower head didn't work, only the spray arm. There were small holes in the wall above the headboard of the bed, which was a little creepy.
