The location of the hotel was great. Ashanti was really kind and accommodating. She upgraded my room and it was a perfect fit. Her customer service is excellent
My tv’s didn’t work in my rooms

I love the room size and how clean they are
Our room didn’t have a remote for the TV( rm 311). When I went down t the front desk the nice young lady have a remote.. however it didn’t work for the LG tv . I took it back downstairs and another young lady said she couldn’t help or call a a manger and we would we have to stay without haveing the tv to watch, very disappointing.
