The staff was friendly and room was clean.the breakfast was good.

There was no ice machine on the second floor.

Everything was a great value! Room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was a great value, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again, thank you.

The house keeping did not clear the bathroom well and the room was small for the amount that is charged.

Came for a work trip and booked 4 rooms. My experience trying to check in was honestly horrible. The employee checking us in wasn't understanding after I had explained to himself that I had 1 reservation with 3 rooms and 1 reservation with 1 room. He gave me my first reservation with 1 room and tells me ok your done and I theb proceeded that no I have 3 other rooms and he for some odd reason was confused. I re-explained to which he still was confused to basically I was guiding him on doing his job and how to check us in. Upon getting to the rooms one of my employees rooms #128 toilet had a poop floating in it and it was clogged. Went to front desk and he said do you want a plunger and I said no can you get us a different room with a working toilet and he said no we are fully booked [I doubt you were] I then asked that a maintenance personnel come and clear it. Then I got to my room and settled in checked the bathroom and the tub had stains so I wiped it down with a lysol as well as the toilet, the security lock doesnt quite work because it doesnt aligh with the door being lower and it looked like it once upon a time got damaged because there were clear scrapes and dents like as thought someone had tried forcing in, when I pulled the blanket back there was several strands of hair on the bed which by then i was fed up so I just slept on top of the bedding and cranked the heat. Sleeping was horrible due to the stomping above, the thin walls hearing everything and the random banging on my door at roughly 11pm that felt like my door was gonna come down that startled me. Truly wished I had booked somewhere else.

Despite I-80 Business right out the front door, the hotel was marvelously quiet. It must have been designed and built with soundproofing in mind, a relief from more average hotels. Warm egg dishes and sausages available with the included breakfast were a pleasant surprise for such an affordable rate. Immediate area seemed relatively safe. Will definitely stay here again.

The fan in the room Did not work despite the front desk person coming up and trying to fix it and the windows don’t open so the room was very stuffy.
