The rudest, very unprofessional, extremely incompetent front desk girl. Doesn’t even look at you, cannot stop staring at her phone. Black hair, heavyset.

I did not like anything about this place. If you want to stay at a place where you feel like you're in the shining, then maybe this place is for you. The lock was broken on my door, I thought there was blood on the ground in front of the bathroom, and it was an all around shady atmosphere.

Everything. I left after an hour and got a room somewhere else.

Centrally located to Sacramento

The heater did not work. It was so so cold in that room. I was under all the blankets. I had a blanket in my car that I went and got and beach towels. Front desk gave me a heater, which would be good for about a 3 x 3 room perfect for the bathroom, but that’s about it. very uncomfortable night sleep

The front desk staff at check in was amazing. She was kind enough to ask what floor we preferred and also provided me with some eating utensils.

The staff in the am during checkout kept me waiting awhile to check out while she finished a private conversation on the phone via speaker. The security guard in the am kept trying to pick fight with people during breakfast. It was comfortable. Unfortunately my room had no central ac. It was a very cold night. We had to ask for a heater but that barely helped. We had 2 showers but only 1 worked. The other one had brown water come out of it. Also there were roaches. We were disappointed about breakfast. The major dish was waffles and some other pastries. Nothing healthy like eggs or yogurt or fruit.

Not much -- the hotel is affordable and had a convenient location for where we needed to go, but that's about it.

The hotel is rather uninviting and unpleasant in many ways. The immediate neighborhood is not nice -- mostly gas stations and car dealerships. That's not the hotel's fault, but the furnishings inside feel equally drab and low quality. What is worse is that the rooms have multiple issues. The first room we got had a permanently beeping fire alarm. After requesting a change of room, this issue disappeared, but the second room was cold, just like the first one. We turned up the thermostat but that didn't have any effect. We were too exhausted to even complain about it (~11 pm) and huddled up to fall asleep. In the morning we learned from friends in another room that their experience was exactly the same -- heating simply does not work in this hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Smelled terrible, no heating in room just a small worthless space heater they give you that blows the electricity when u use it so u have no lights or power .

The staff was pleasant and apologetic for the state of the hotel.

When I arrived to check in at 9:35pm with 4 children and myself, the front desk staff was not available. The security guard who was working informed me that they wouldn't be back until 10pm. I got the feeling that somebody probably walked out on their job, B.but finally somebody came in and she was very nice. The first room she checked is into was deadbolted from the inside so although the key card went green on the door we couldn't get into out 4th floor room. After going back downstairs with all 4 of the kids she gave us a second room on the 3rd floor, the key card worked fine but the room had not been cleaned and there was a bunch of stuff that belonged to somebody else in it (backpack- belongings and all kinds of random miscellaneous stuff sitting everywhere). I went back down from the 3rd floor to the reception desk with all of my kids and we were given a room on the 1st floor. Alas, it's 11pm and we are finally in our really cold room - After searching all around to try to figure out how to turn the heat on I call the front desk and they tell us they will bring us a space heater to warm up the room (It was a suite - so 2 rooms) About an hour went by and I called the front desk again because my kids were freezing and they were also tired, we were given a tiny space heater that didn't do the job (we would have needed 4 of these for each king bed area) I asked for a second heater for the other side of our room where the other king bed was on the adjoining wall. By the time I received the second heater it was after midnight and my kids were begging to go sleep in the truck because they were so cold, If we didn't have to get ready for a cheer competition the following day I would have left and went to find somewhere else. This was absolutely miserable for all of us and I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anybody that isn't an Eskimo. With these tiny heaters running at full blast the room never got over 67°.
