Good clean spacious hotel with decent gym

Great spacious room and clean bathroom. Nice staff and tasty breakfast. Good gym too with basics and decent weights for main exercises open 24/7 for when jet lag hit.

No complaints other than additional fee for parking.

Beautiful hotel; very clean and comfortable rooms; staff was very friendly, polite and helpful for all our need

Location; rooms, lobby area, through out the hotel was very clean. People were very nice; minor downfall was one of my room wasn’t ready on time (about 30mins after check in time) but I had the comfortable lobby area to wait in.

Maybe a more bigger swimming pool area- it was a bit crowded when we were there with my kids.

Highly recommend, very restful hotel!!

The room was very clean and quiet, no hallway noise. The bed was comfortable and allowed for a good night sleep. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our 2 weeks of travel though Northern California.

EV chargers don’t work.

The hotel is very clean. The coffee is pretty good, all things considered. The bed was quite comfortable.

1. None of the EV chargers worked. Zero chargers. None. And there are about 14 parking spots dedicated to EVs but NONE OF THEM WORKED. (We tried 8 of them. The other 6 had non-EVs parked in the spots so we couldn’t try those. In the morning, 12 of the 14 spots were taken by non-EVs, which tells me NONE OF THE EV CHARGERS WORKED. 2. The hallways are REALLY loud. We asked for a room that was far from the street, which we got, but all of the rooms in our area were occupied by a youth soccer team that did a lot of door-slamming and running up and down the halls. Doors slamming at 11pm and then at 6am do not make for a restful night.

Enjoyable stay

The rooms were clean. The staff was great. The breakfast options were abundant and delicious. The pool was very clean and refreshing! It provided the much needed relaxation after traveling 3 hours.

I don't appreciate the extra $10 parking fee. Really?! Venues charge parking NOT hotels that you're staying at. On top of a few other taxes and fees it keeps adding up and before you know it the price per night goes up $40-$50. It's annoying. Just charge the night room rate and quit adding fees.

Hotel is pretty clean and beds were nice. Only drawback is too close to freeway, you can’t go out for a small walk or chill.

I advised to keep two rooms next to each other at the time of the reservation, and the front desk said hotel is sold out and doesn’t have rooms next to each other. They could have done it if they wanted. One room was close to stairs. These hotels staff always seems to give Expedia, booking, etc next to elevator, stairs, etc. Not sure why.

ABSOLUTELY worth the money !!

Large room with plenty of wall charging locations, lighting and lots of space to walk around. Beds were extra comfy.. The breakfast was good too. I especially loved the welcome message on the T.V. in our room. Made me feel extra special !

The entire hotel was clean and spotless. As a Hilton Honors member, the digital key and contactless check-in were very convenient. The buffet breakfast was good and plentiful. We will return.

The room was nice, the breakfast was great but the heated pool was ice cold. Really sad because that’s why I chose the hotel.

It is right off the freeway and close to Bowlero North Sacramento for the PBA jr regional qualifier

There was a strong smell of marijuana as we got off the elevator to the 2nd floor that continued throughout the night.

The bait and switch. It confirmed by text a total amount for the stay. When checking out, computer was mysteriously ‘broken’ ! Was told final receipt would be emailed. When I received the receipt, they had charged an additional $40.00 (4 x $10 per day) for PARKING. It was like any strip mall parking. No underground parking, no security, nothing to warrant this charge. When I queried the hotel, they told me to look at Booking Dot Com, at the Very Bottom was the note about parking charges. But they had failed to include it in total price they quoted!! Done with Hilton, Hampton and Booking.com.

It was close to our car service dealer which was why we came the night before. It was ver clean and staff were friendly.

It was in the middle of a remodel and felt unfinished. The room was nice but still needed drapes, and carpet. It fell hollow. There was no soap or soap holders in shower.

Small flies in the bathroom, room was pretty dated. Found flossers on the floor behind one of the dressers. Construction was going on so I had to use the side entrance to access my room. Also the pool was not available due to some part being missing. I would not consider it to be in a walking friendly area. Gym is very basic and cardio focused.
