The size of the room and that there was a microwave and a fridge.
Good breakfast
The floor was sticky, the light switches were dirty and the air conditioned in the room is very noise.
There are no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. You need a car for everything.

I like how nice it looked, the free parking making it easier to be comfortable to park and how friendly the receptionist is, everything was kept clean and looked so homey.

Breakfast was just OK.
The mattress was extremely soft and unsupportive, resulting in body aches and poor sleep quality. The washrooms were old, smelly, and lacked a proper exhaust system to eliminate odors. The slippery floor also posed a safety concern.
