Breakfast was ok. Not too much variety of food was there

They don't provide any water bottles, and they also don't inform at the time of booking. You only find out at check-in. At least they should provide a 1-litre complimentary water bottle

The hotel is good location for my reason stayed in Sugar Land.

The spacious room and bathroom/area to get ready. The bed was very comfortable. It was super quiet. The breakfast was very good and gave just the right amount of choices. I took advantage of that two of the mornings there. I left too early my third day to catch my flight home.

There was only 1 elevator working, which was very slow. It was very crowded at times and service workers also had to use the one side with their carts which also reduced capacity for the guests. (Not their fault, it is what it is but caused some inconvenience at times. The tv was pretty stationary in the middle of the room so you could not turn it toward the bed or the couch area for viewing comfortably. It would be better if it swiveled better to make the viewing more comfortable in the other areas of the very large room. The shower floor needed better non-slip surface. When I used the shower, I felt like I had to be extra careful so I would not slip and fall.

My room was not cleaned the next day and they advertisement was Room 1 queen bed Room 2 Queen bed, false. It was just one room
