Location
My corner suite was not a corner suite. It was the last suite at the end of the hall but not triangular as expected when its listed as an executive cornices suite

Great location, walking distance to everything needed. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.
There was only one elevator working so the wait to get to our 5th floor room was a bit longer than I'd like. Also we were charged for 2 nights of valet and we were not there even 24 hours.

Central to sugarland
Staff were not helpful with check out and double charging even when I booked via booking.com. they charged me for breakfast when I hadn't asked for this.
