Everything was wonderful ! The room was huge with a kitchenette and full size refrigerator. They provided blankets and extra pillows. They even had two washers and dryers for free!
Every staff member was great until our final day. Carmen was the staff member in charge that morning. She came by and deactivated our room key at 10:30am. We were paid til 11sm. My husband was packing the car when he realized his key card didn’t work anymore. When I turned the key cards in, I informed Carmen that I was aware of what she did when she was at our door earlier. She wasn’t apologetic at all. I’m not happy with her customer service AT ALL!
