Black hair was all throughout the beds both rooms and the doors in the bathroom were just super tight there’s barely any space on the bathrooms and I’ve stayed their twice and the second time staying there it was super hot in the room my children were in I have to go purchase a fan from Walmart and when I told the staff the day of check out ONLY because I knew if I would have went to the front desk before checkout or before going to Walmart that they wouldn’t have giving me any type of accommodations and just as I thought they didn’t they told me they would have to check with maintenance lol wow really I’m leaving now that’s not going to “HELP ME” in any way maybe th next guest they have it will. I wouldn’t recommend nor am I ever booking with them again. High ly disappointment.

Recommend to those who will visit disney park. It’s not as close as official hotels but it’s of high value for money. Facilities is not brand new but enough for quick meals. There are grocery and restaurant nearby. Good experience in general

Great room, lots of space, comfortable beds, good amenities, pool area was very nice. Comfortable and clean stay, we would stay again.

checkin was 4Pm and could not get a room for until 6PM. Room was rather small. Small things like no pillows on couch. Slow running hot water (though plenty of it). Noise from kids running upstairs. All breakfast food was at a cost. Parking also $15/day. Most hotels do not do this. Nice check out, credited me some for inconvenience but would not stay again.
