That was my fourth time staying at the same hotel because it is near everything and the environment is nice and clean

The pool and the new renovated rooms and cleanliness
the staff was extremely rude and promised me a breakfast for free for my birthday and then was told the day of by management they aren’t doing that. then charged me twice on one card that i booked with yall and then they charged me on my other card i used for a incidental hold incase anything happened but they charged me for a whole stay again. anytime you asked a staff questions they were rude.
