Great location to Disney springs (walkable), staff were wonderful especially in the bar / restaurant area. Recent refurb of lobby made hotel feel lux despite great price

location to Downtown Disney & Outlet Mall is exceptional
the King Room w/Balcony overlooking Pool is an annex from the main Hotel Bldg; the air conditioning (in the middle of July) was sub par... i had it on the lowest 65 setting with the highest fan setting and still had problems sleeping as it was way too hot for me, and the patio furniture was not clean (okay for wet bathing suit but not for morning coffee in pj's)
