The room was spacious. Laundry room was very helpful we used it a lot for our entire stay but it would be nice if they have more quarters available or credit card options to pay. The complimentary bus service going to Disney World and Universal Studios are the main reason I gave good reviews.
Our room phone was broken, I asked the receptionist to have it fixed many times and no one came. No good restaurant available at late night. We ended up ordering uber eats instead of the room food service. I also wish if they had more bus service available at other Disney parks. We ended up hiring uber rides to back to the hotel instead. Maybe extend the bus service at least an hour more. We missed the bus service again and ended up hiring uber ride and it was pricey as it was farther away from the hotel.

The place is clean, spacious, and quiet. It is a few-minute drive to Universal Studios and Disney
I feel like the confidentiality of the guest is not protected. Everything was going well up until the day of our checkout. At 8 am, someone called our room phone, at first the person listened to my voice and then hung up. After a few minutes, it rang again. The voice on the other end of the line was male. Initially, I thought someone must have just dialed the wrong room number. The third call was answered by my husband, then the guy on the other line mentioned our last name, and he thought it was the front desk, but the guy on the other line said, "Your wife is beautiful," and hung up the phone. It was so creepy because we did not know anyone staying at the hotel or in Orlando. We called the front desk and reported the incident, but it seems like they did not handle the situation well. The front desk named Isa stated that they would report it to the police and would give us a call back, but they never did. I called the front desk because we wanted to leave and asked for an update on their report, but Isa just told me that they escalated it, and we can check out if we want. I was scared of my security on what if that person may just be outside our room or in the hallway. No apologies nor assistance were provided by the hotel. The manager did not even face us to address our concern.
